These Terms govern your use of MORE, operated by MORE Protocol LLC, a Wyoming LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using MORE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
MORE is a non-custodial auto-savings protocol for traders. It indexes your trading volume and automatically deposits a percentage of it into curated savings buckets on Arbitrum. You retain full control of your funds at all times.
3. Non-custodial nature
We never hold your private keys or your funds. All savings flows execute through smart contracts and Turnkey-secured signing. Securing your authentication factors is your responsibility.
4. Risks
Using MORE involves risk, including smart-contract vulnerabilities, network failures or congestion, price volatility, regulatory changes, and third-party protocol risk. You accept these risks. MORE Protocol LLC is not liable for resulting losses.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts. MORE is not available where crypto or DeFi services are prohibited.
6. Fees
Fees apply to collected amounts at collection time. The current fee schedule is disclosed in the documentation at more.ski/docs/fees and may change with notice.
7. Referral program
Referral rewards are paid from referred users' deposits. Abuse, including self-referral, may result in termination of rewards and access.
8. Intellectual property
The MORE design, branding, and off-chain code are owned by MORE Protocol LLC. On-chain contracts are open source.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORE PROTOCOL LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR FUNDS.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
